Job Description

Aspen Systems, LLC is looking for a motivated Mechanical Assembler to work on the assembly of miniature cooling systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  2. Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly instructions and drawings
  3. Assembles components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies
  4. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; reporting malfunctions
  5. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  6. Follow procedures regarding any irregular or non-conforming material
  7. Provide on-the-job training for new employees when appropriate
  8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  9. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Requirements:

  1. Ability to retain information with regard to standard assembly/disassembly procedures
  2. Experience with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches
  3. Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  4. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  5. Must be able to pass a DRUG SCREEN & BACKGROUND CHECK.
  6. Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand, and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
