Account Executive, Regional

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Regional based in United States.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of new and existing enterprise accounts throughout the Latin America region.
You will develop strategic account plans, build executive relationships, and identify opportunities for add-on business and product expansion.
The position combines consultative selling, territory management, prospecting, and complex deal execution within a highly collaborative environment.
You will engage decision-makers at multiple levels, understand their business priorities, and connect solutions to measurable business outcomes.
Success will require strong pipeline ownership, disciplined forecasting, and the ability to influence stakeholders across internal and external sales channels.
The role offers significant exposure to senior executives and complex enterprise sales cycles across a dynamic regional market.
It is an excellent opportunity for a proven SaaS or enterprise software sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding quota.

Accountabilities
  • Execute regional sales strategies and achieve established revenue targets by managing assigned accounts, prospecting target organizations, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and own account strategies, sales plans, and pipelines for both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers, gaining a deep understanding of customer priorities, organizational dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Lead regularly scheduled account and virtual team calls, coordinate activities, and establish clear ownership and accountability across participating team members.
  • Identify new sales leads and opportunities through territory management, networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through negotiation and close, working effectively within a matrixed environment.
  • Conduct customer meetings, discovery sessions, sales presentations, product demonstrations, conference calls, virtual meetings, and executive engagements.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue by expanding solution adoption and maximizing opportunities across existing customer portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal product specialists, sales consultants, and external channel partners to deliver effective customer solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reporting, including weekly and monthly forecasts, pipeline status, account activity, and prospecting results.
  • Maintain up-to-date account information and opportunity activity within the sales database.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of relevant solutions, technologies, customer needs, and industry trends to strengthen consultative selling effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably selling SaaS, B2B applications, enterprise software, or comparable technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and delivering measurable revenue results.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prospect effectively, identify business opportunities, conduct needs analysis, present solutions, and successfully close complex sales.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities, with the ability to connect technology solutions to customer business objectives and ROI.
  • Ability to establish credibility and build lasting relationships with senior-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal sales channels, product experts, sales consultants, and external channel partners.
  • Strong account planning, territory management, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales execution skills.
  • Ability to understand organizational dynamics and navigate complex enterprise decision-making environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–75% as required.
  • Ability to successfully complete applicable employment and background screening requirements in accordance with relevant federal and local regulations.
  • Ability to obtain the necessary credit line required for business travel.
  • Experience with value-added ROI business process sales engagements or related tools is preferred.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written, is an additional advantage.
