RSA is seeking a Pricing Analyst to operate RSA's pricing processes and provide the analysis behind pricing strategies and decisions. The role supports Product Management and Product Line leaders, who own product strategy and set pricing direction, by running the price book, SKU and price-change processes and supplying competitive, deal and margin analysis. Works day to day with Product Management and Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, IT and Channel Ops.

The successful candidate will combines strong analytical skills with operational rigour: accurate, on-time execution of recurring system-critical processes, and clear analysis that equips decision-makers.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain pricing models, frameworks, and methodologies across RSA's products and services.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership to support complex deal reviews and commercial negotiations.
  • Analyze customer, market, competitive, and financial data to identify pricing opportunities and risks in support product line leadership.
  • Drive the SKU lifecycle: Manage additions/changes/removals requested by product lines, obtain sign-offs, manage implementation through release and verify.
  • Develop proposals for and implement annual pricing increases.
  • Support product lines' pricing and packaging proposals with modelling, scenario analysis, benchmark data and implementation planning; product lines determine the strategy.
  • Monitor pricing performance and develop reporting to track pricing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve pricing tools, processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on pricing and commercial matters.
  • Support enablement and communication of pricing changes: prepare announcement content and training materials with Sales Enablement and PMM under product line direction.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical function.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex commercial transactions.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience Salesforce reporting and quoting (CPQ, RCA, RMA) highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ownership of deadline-driven processes with formal QA/production testing.
