- Partner with Stonegrove's corporate accounting and finance teams on reporting requirements, audits, tax matters, and other initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Travel to operating companies within the assigned region as needed to build relationships and provide hands-on support
What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Experience overseeing month-end close, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Experience with job costing and WIP accounting strongly preferred
- Construction, roofing, home services, or another project-based industry background strongly preferred
- Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or legal entities is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights
- Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment where processes continue to evolve
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with both accounting professionals and operational leaders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as business needs require
