Monday - Thursday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
LANGERS MAINTENANCE SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER
The Maintenance Support Team Member is an entry-level role with on-the-job training no prior experience required. This position is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include daily preventive maintenance tasks, light facility upkeep, and quick intervention of common guest issues.If you enjoy figuring out how things work, or have a natural technical aptitude, you are highly encouraged to apply!
PAY AND BENEFITS:
- Our maintenance support team start at17.00/hour. This is not a food service position and is not eligible for tips.
- All Langer's team members are eligible to participate in the employee discount plan featuring deals on food and attractions.
- Team members that regularly work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible to participate in Langer's benefits plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All Langers Team Members must be16or older.
Previous experience working in hospitality or family entertainment is preferred but not required. We will provide the necessary training to make sure you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job. All team members complete a variety of comprehensive training programs provided by our trainers and leadership team.
The following qualifications help ensure your success:
- Must be able to lift up to50 lbs.
- Must be able stand, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all 100+ Langer's team members.
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with standard hand tools.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks in the arcade, attractions, and general facility.
- Performs bowling lane and approach care maintenance.
- Executes quick intervention of common technical issues in the arcade, attractions, and general facility.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are continually met throughout the facility.
- Monitors technician communications and promptly responds accordingly.
- Sets faulty equipment out of service and documents issues in maintenance system.
- Applies proper use of hand tools to complete common repairs.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Reports irregular issues and maintenance supply needs to management.
- Assists facility technicians and management to complete incidental tasks or projects.
