The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and users. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT operations while providing technical support to employees and maintaining hardware, software, and network resources.

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not required.

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, cybersecurity practices, and cloud technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
