This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across a strategic enterprise storage business in the Western United States.
You will lead a high-performing sales organization focused on revenue growth, customer success, talent development, and partner engagement.
The role combines executive-level customer engagement with strategic planning, financial ownership, sales execution, and operational leadership.
You will advise major enterprise organizations on evolving infrastructure, storage, data, cloud, and hybrid technology needs.
Success requires building strong customer and partner relationships while identifying opportunities to expand market share and accelerate solution adoption.
You will operate across a complex, matrixed environment, aligning sales, technical, channel, and cross-functional teams around shared business objectives.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales organization, fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong talent retention.
- Drive regional revenue growth, forecast accuracy, profitability, market share, and overall business performance across the Enterprise West territory.
- Develop and execute strategic regional growth plans, optimize account coverage, and align people and resources with the highest-value opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer executives and act as a strategic advisor on business, infrastructure, storage, data, cloud, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Engage directly in major opportunities and complex enterprise pursuits, providing leadership across consultative and transformational sales cycles.
- Establish a disciplined operating cadence covering pipeline reviews, forecasting, account planning, performance management, and risk identification.
- Use business data and leading indicators to identify obstacles, improve execution, and hold teams accountable for commitments and results.
- Lead consultative solution-selling motions that connect customer challenges with measurable business value and long-term technology strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners, alliances, and internal stakeholders to expand opportunities and improve customer outcomes.
- Own regional financial decisions involving revenue, profitability, investments, and expenses while balancing short-term performance with sustainable long-term growth.
- Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment and ensure effective collaboration across sales, technical, product, partner, and customer-facing organizations.
- 10+ years of experience in technology industry sales, with a strong track record in enterprise technology environments.
- At least 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven success growing a business, expanding market share, and consistently delivering revenue results.
- Demonstrated experience selling into large enterprise accounts and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Strong background in infrastructure, storage, data, cloud, compute, networking, data center technologies, or related enterprise solutions.
- Experience leading transformational sales opportunities and navigating lengthy, complex enterprise buying cycles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, financial judgment, and execution capabilities.
- Experience working effectively within matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage channel partners, alliances, and broader technology ecosystems to generate business results.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance immediate business objectives with long-term strategic growth.
- Willingness to work remotely while supporting customers and business priorities across California and Washington.
- Annual compensation range of $269,000–$573,000 in California and $236,500–$573,000 in Washington, including base salary and target-level sales compensation at 100% of sales plan performance.
- Target compensation structured at approximately 60% base salary and 40% target-level sales compensation.
- Remote/teleworker work model, primarily working from home.
