Job Description
Significance, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Analyst (Journeyman) to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) G-4 Supply Branch. This position supports Supply Services operations through fiscal execution support, logistics analysis, task management, policy development, audit support, and conference/event coordination activities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex tasking, produce high-quality written products, and operate effectively within Marine Corps task management processes with minimal supervision. This role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and experience supporting logistics, fiscal, and supply management operations within DoD environments.
- 3–7 years supporting DoD logistics, supply, financial management, PPBE/PPB&E, or related operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Demonstrated experience operating independently within government task management environments
- Experience supporting ETMS2, AMHS, tasker management systems, or comparable DoD workflow/task management tools
- Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, templates, and policy guidance
- Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare executive-ready products, correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
- Experience coordinating with external stakeholders and resolving cross-functional issues
- Strong document management, organization, and records control skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
- Experience supporting Marine Corps or Navy organizations
- Familiarity with DAI, Advana DAR-Q, COLS reporting, ULO/UMD analysis, and reimbursable order tracking
- Experience supporting audit readiness or financial reconciliation efforts
- Experience supporting TOECR development, staffing packages, or logistics documentation workflows
- Experience supporting conference planning and government event coordination
- Knowledge of Supply Services programs and MCICOM processes
