Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Contracts & Compliance Manager with expertise in US commercial
contracting and legal operations to support our IT Consulting and Managed Services business
serving US-based Nonprofit Associations.
The role will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing client, vendor,
employment, and partner agreements while ensuring legal compliance, contractual risk
mitigation, and operational support across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with US-based clients in IT Services,
Consulting, SaaS, or Staffing environments.

employment, and partner agreements while ensuring legal compliance, contractual risk
mitigation, and operational support across the organization.

Consulting, SaaS, or Staffing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor
- agreements, subcontractor agreements, and client service contracts.
- Provide legal review and risk assessment for client engagements, procurement terms,
- operational processes, and commercial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US laws, contractual obligations, confidentiality,
- and data privacy requirements.
- Support Sales, Delivery, HR, and Leadership teams in contract negotiations and
- business operations.
- Review third-party/vendor agreements and identify contractual or operational risks.
- Assist in matters related to intellectual property, liability, compliance, and service
- delivery obligations.
- Maintain contract documentation, renewals, amendments, and legal records.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel whenever required.
- Develop standard contract templates and support internal compliance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB/JD or equivalent).
- 4–8 years of experience in contract management, commercial legal operations, or
- corporate legal advisory.
- Strong understanding of US contract law and commercial agreements.
