What You’ll Do- Supervise nursing staff
- Provide exceptional overnight nursing care to residents with complex medical needs
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate shift updates clearly
- Create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for residents and families
- Active RN or LPN license
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking skills, and leadership skills
- Compassionate bedside manner with a team-first attitude
- Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Ability to work independently and stay organized during overnight hours

Requirements:Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN or LPN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
