Now Hiring In-Home Caregivers – Mechanicsville, VA Area

Pay Range: $18–$25/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Weekday shifts available between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Location: Mechanicsville, VA and surrounding areas

Trove Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We provide one-on-one support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable throughout their daily routines.

What You’ll Do

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Light housekeeping and organization

For CNAs and trained PCAs, additional personal care tasks may include:

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Feeding support and hygiene assistance

What We’re Looking For

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
• Strong communication and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Must pass background, motor vehicle, and reference screenings
