Bilingual Customer Service - Spanish

Location: THE WOODLANDS, TX, 77385
Salary: $14.0 - $16.0/hour

A successful State Farm Agency located in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English). Full-time and Part-time positions available.

If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential. Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
