Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage a wide range of client-facing sales and service activities related to corporate credit card products while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service quality. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve client issues, and provide strategic advice tailored to business needs while maintaining strong operational discipline.

  • Provide sales and service support for corporate card clients and prospects, identifying needs and recommending appropriate credit card solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Manage incoming client requests and service tickets within established service level agreements, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and integrating product knowledge, market trends, and promotional offers into conversations
  • Document all client interactions thoroughly and accurately to ensure seamless follow-up and compliance tracking
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer concerns
  • Identify and report suspicious activities in compliance with regulatory and anti–money laundering requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, competitive offerings, and industry trends to enhance client conversations and outcomes
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in client service or financial services environments, along with strong bilingual communication skills in French and English. You are comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven setting and can balance service excellence with regulatory compliance. Strong analytical thinking, organization, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, banking, or financial products, ideally in credit or corporate card services
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of credit card products and financial services environments is an asset
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting performance and compliance standards
