- Serve as the primary liaison for lenders, coordinating communication, resolving queries, ensuring covenant compliance, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with financial partners.
- Oversee insurance operations across all projects, including policy procurement, renewals, compliance tracking, premium payments, and maintaining a centralized insurance register aligned with lender requirements.
- Track and reconcile interest accruals, debt schedules, and payment obligations across loans, ensuring accuracy in financial records and alignment with project-level and company-level cashflow models.
- Produce regular financial reporting on draw status, funding forecasts, capital needs, and cashflow risks, supporting leadership in strategic treasury and investment planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, construction, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of capital deployment and resolution of operational financial risks.
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate finance, construction lending, private equity real estate, or related financial operations roles.
- Strong understanding of construction loan structures, including draw processes, lender requirements, covenants, inspections, and funding mechanics.
- Proven ability to manage lender relationships and coordinate multi-stakeholder financial workflows in complex, deadline-driven environments.
- High financial literacy with experience reviewing loan agreements, reconciling interest statements, and supporting or building cashflow models.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including financial tracking tools, reporting systems, and operational dashboards.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across finance, development, and external lending partners.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Competitive monthly compensation aligned with experience ($2,000–$5,000 USD range).
- Fully remote working arrangement with international team exposure.
- Opportunity to work on large-scale, impact-driven real estate development projects.
- High autonomy role with direct visibility into capital strategy and executive decision-making.
- Exposure to complex financial structures, lender ecosystems, and construction finance operations.
- Collaborative, global work environment spanning multiple disciplines and countries.
- Opportunity to build systems and processes that directly influence project success and company growth.
