This role is an opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing sports technology platform that simplifies operations for sports organizations and enhances how communities connect through play. You will own high-impact product areas that directly influence engagement, retention, and growth across a multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem. Working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment, you will partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver meaningful product experiences. The role blends strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch and iteration. You will be expected to bring strong customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate complex problems into scalable solutions. This is a high-visibility position where your work will directly shape platform evolution and business outcomes in a mission-driven company.
You will own and evolve product strategy and roadmap for core product areas serving sports organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will translate market insights and customer feedback into clear product opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, write detailed PRDs, and guide feature development from concept to launch. You will lead discovery efforts including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and refine solutions. You will monitor product performance using data and analytics, iterating continuously to improve adoption, retention, and overall product success. You will also communicate product vision, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Define and manage product roadmap and strategy for key B2B product areas
- Lead customer discovery, research, and validation activities
- Write clear product requirements and collaborate on technical scoping
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver scalable product solutions
- Track performance metrics and optimize based on insights and experimentation
- Present updates and align stakeholders across the organization
You bring at least 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software environments, with a proven record of delivering and iterating on B2B products. You have experience in domains such as ecommerce platforms, financial or accounting systems, or CRM products, and can apply that knowledge to complex, multi-tenant systems. You are highly data-driven, comfortable working with analytics tools and product management systems, and confident in making decisions based on evidence. You are fluent in agile methodologies and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. You demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can influence stakeholders at multiple levels. You also show a customer-first mindset, strong product intuition, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Experience with AI-enabled product workflows or admin-facing SaaS tools is considered a plus.
- 4+ years in product management within SaaS or software companies
- Experience in ecommerce, CRM, or financial/accounting product domains
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Familiarity with agile/scrum practices and product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Amplitude)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools in product development is a plus
