In this role, you will contribute to the development and expansion of a modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program within a dynamic global environment. You will play a central role in designing and implementing secure onboarding solutions for enterprise applications using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Working closely with architects, security leaders, business stakeholders, and application teams, you will help streamline identity governance processes while strengthening compliance and access controls across the organization. - Design and implement scalable onboarding solutions for enterprise applications within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), ensuring secure and efficient identity governance processes.
- Define and manage integration strategies using technologies such as REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, file feeds, and direct connectors to support diverse enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models, entitlement structures, and lifecycle management workflows to strengthen governance and compliance.
- Lead the full onboarding lifecycle, including planning, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support for integrated applications.
- Configure SailPoint workflows, access profiles, identity attributes, provisioning processes, and lifecycle events aligned with business and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams, application owners, architects, and security leadership, to gather requirements and align onboarding priorities.
- Support compliance initiatives by ensuring solutions adhere to audit and regulatory requirements such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, integration guides, dashboards, and reporting related to onboarding progress and certification activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams while contributing to continuous process improvements and automation efforts.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience onboarding applications into SailPoint platforms, including integrations involving complex or disconnected systems.
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, segregation of duties (SOD), RBAC, and identity lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with integration technologies and protocols such as REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, JDBC, and related tools.
- Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, CyberArk, and IAM-related automation tools is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile or SCRUM methodologies for delivering IAM and security projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
