Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, JD, or equivalent legal qualification, with an active license to practice law or progress toward qualification.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, data privacy, product counseling, or technology law within an in-house legal team or law firm environment.
  • Strong understanding of global privacy and data protection regulations, with the ability to advise on operational implementation.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, open-source ecosystems, or enterprise software environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across multicultural and globally distributed teams.
  • Strong commercial judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to travel internationally for company events when required.
  • Academic excellence and a track record of initiative, leadership, and exceeding expectations are highly valued.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with annual performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Fully distributed remote work environment with flexible home-based working options.
  • Twice-yearly international company events and team gatherings in global locations.
  • Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
  • Annual compensation reviews and recognition reward programs.
  • Generous annual holiday leave plus maternity and paternity leave support.
  • Employee Assistance Programme for personal well-being and support.
  • Travel perks including Priority Pass access and upgraded travel arrangements for long-haul company events.
  • Opportunity to work alongside globally recognized experts in technology, AI, cloud computing, and open-source innovation.
