You will contribute to the creation of high-quality content that spans campaigns, digital platforms, sales enablement materials, and corporate communications. The role blends creativity, editorial excellence, and strategic thinking to support engagement, awareness, and reputation-building efforts. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, digital, design, and operations. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives by producing, refining, and coordinating content across multiple channels. You will ensure messaging consistency, support campaign delivery, and contribute to strengthening brand visibility and engagement.

  • Create, edit, and coordinate marketing communications materials such as internal/external messaging, biographies, website content, letters, and sales enablement assets
  • Develop and adapt content for campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and audience needs
  • Write and refine storytelling content that highlights organizational initiatives, achievements, and brand positioning
  • Ensure editorial accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to brand voice, style guides, and quality standards
  • Support campaign execution by collaborating with creative, digital, and marketing teams across deliverables and timelines
  • Assist in media and public relations activities, including press materials, outreach support, and monitoring coverage
  • Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance while contributing ideas for creative storytelling approaches
  • Track multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery under competing deadlines
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in communications or marketing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for multiple audiences and channels. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or media relations (healthcare or regulated industries preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to tone, grammar, and accuracy
  • Experience producing content for digital platforms, campaigns, websites, and social media
  • Solid understanding of brand voice, messaging strategy, and audience engagement principles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt content based on audience and performance insights
  • Familiarity with AP Style and content standards is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
