  • Proven track record of full P&L ownership and successfully scaling businesses, including doubling revenue in prior roles.
  • Deep expertise across end-to-end go-to-market functions including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics, Rule of 40 discipline, and data-driven growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to transform operating models and decision-making.
  • Experience operating across multiple regions including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing global teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience engaging boards, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Background or strong exposure to corporate social responsibility or philanthropy-driven ecosystems is highly valuable.
  • Values-driven leadership style with strong integrity, accountability, and strategic rigor.
Benefits
  • Remote-first and flexible working culture supporting autonomy and work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-growth, mission-driven global business with significant market impact.
  • Executive-level compensation package aligned with senior leadership responsibility (details discussed during process).
  • Strong focus on innovation, including AI-enabled tools and modern operating models.
  • High visibility role with direct influence on enterprise strategy and growth direction.
