ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Prepare real estate loan documents using LaserPro in accordance with BancFirst Loan Policy & Procedures and Compliance.

Input loan applications into DecisionPro.

Coordinate loan closings with title companies.

Obtain all necessary loan documentation.

Maintain pipeline report for all loans in process.

Conduct loan closings for customers.

Assist customers with various issues by phone and in person.

Assist loan officers and customers as needed.

Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous real estate mortgage loan experience a must.

Strong customer service skills.

Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.

Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.

Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.

Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.

Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department environment.

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of LaserPro loan documentation system.

Knowledge of DecisionPro application system.

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds.
