Job Description & Complexity
The Contracts Department is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Intern to support the accurate and timely processing of contract-related information. This role is essential to ensuring the integrity of our contract data and maintaining smooth departmental operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain contract data in internal systems.

• Review documents for completeness and consistency before input.

• Organize digital and physical contract records for easy retrieval.

• Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.

• Familiarity with basic contract concepts or willingness to learn.

• Previous experience involving data entry, administrative work, or document management.

Job Expectations

• Work schedule of up to 35 hours per week, with some flexibility based on department needs.

• Pay range is based on experience between $18–$25 per hour.

• Must be able to maintain focus and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

• Reliable attendance and consistent communication with the team are expected.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
