You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to build high-performing partner ecosystems. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership and alliance initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration within the Tax, Audit, and Accounting sector.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners while maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Lead the full partner sales lifecycle, including account planning, business case development, deal execution, renewals, and ongoing partner performance management.
  • Create and manage joint business plans with partners, including sales targets, lead generation strategies, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, and commercial excellence teams to optimize partner programs and accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by integrating partnership strategies into territory planning and sales execution.
  • Monitor partnership performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and ROI using data-driven insights and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and strategic improvements.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and contribute to scalable, customer-centric alliance strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or related commercial roles within enterprise software or B2B technology environments.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and scalable alliance programs.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and collaborate effectively across matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global environments with cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, KPIs, and forecasting to measure success and optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to leverage AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support partnership development and business objectives.
