  • Partner closely with internal teams including Client Services, Sales, and Data Analytics to ensure exceptional service delivery, issue resolution, and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Lead contract renewal strategies and identify opportunities to expand client adoption of additional solutions and services.
  • Provide consultative guidance on employee benefits programs, industry trends, compliance considerations, and best practices.
  • Deliver executive-level business reviews, stewardship presentations, and strategic reporting using data-driven insights and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, client growth opportunities, and continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within employee benefits administration or a related industry.
  • Proven success managing executive-level client relationships and driving customer retention and expansion initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, compliance requirements, and evolving market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience leveraging data to support decision-making and client recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 – $175,000 USD, plus potential performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and strong work-life balance support.
  • Employer-sponsored retirement savings programs.
  • Professional development opportunities, training resources, and career growth support.
  • Employee wellbeing initiatives focused on mental health, wellness, and financial planning.
  • Collaborative and inclusive company culture that values innovation, accountability, and employee contributions.
  • Access to a supportive and people-focused work environment designed to encourage long-term success and engagement.
