You will act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, helping organizations optimize and evolve their employee benefits programs through innovative technology and consultative support. - Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with executive-level client contacts across a portfolio of key accounts, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Client Services, Sales, and Data Analytics to ensure exceptional service delivery, issue resolution, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Lead contract renewal strategies and identify opportunities to expand client adoption of additional solutions and services.
- Provide consultative guidance on employee benefits programs, industry trends, compliance considerations, and best practices.
- Deliver executive-level business reviews, stewardship presentations, and strategic reporting using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- Monitor client success indicators including retention, revenue growth, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to support business objectives.
- Advocate internally for client priorities and lead escalations or conflict resolution efforts with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, client growth opportunities, and continuous service improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 15+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within employee benefits administration or a related industry.
- Proven success managing executive-level client relationships and driving customer retention and expansion initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, compliance requirements, and evolving market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience leveraging data to support decision-making and client recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Collaborative mindset with demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 – $175,000 USD, plus potential performance-based incentives.
