  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and client meetings through presentations, workshops, and thought leadership activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical best practices, and innovation within clinical data and analytics workflows
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on expertise in R, including Shiny, Tidyverse, reporting frameworks, and application development
  • Solid experience with SAS technologies, including Base SAS, Macro programming, and SAS Graph tools
  • Deep understanding of clinical data management, regulatory submission workflows, and industry standards such as CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, and ISS/ISE
  • Proven experience designing technical solutions and leading architecture initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments
  • Background in both pre-sales consulting and technical delivery leadership
  • Experience building internal tools, automation systems, or data-driven applications that improve operational quality and efficiency
  • Good understanding of AI technologies and their integration into enterprise software and analytics ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively
  • Comfortable working in fully remote, distributed, and international team environments
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience speaking at conferences, workshops, or industry events is considered a strong advantage
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling options
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact projects within global pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations
  • Senior-level advisory role with strong ownership across architecture, delivery, and client strategy
  • Competitive compensation package with transparent terms and performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Dedicated time and budget for professional development, certifications, conferences, and industry events
  • Collaboration with highly experienced architects, data scientists, statisticians, and domain experts
  • Modern equipment and productivity tools to support efficient remote work
  • Remote-first culture built on trust, autonomy, accountability, and collaboration
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes worldwide
