This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced technical sales and solutions architecture executive ready to drive organizational growth and transformation in a rapidly evolving DevSecOps environment. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of Solution Architecture leaders responsible for helping customers and partners align complex technical requirements with scalable business outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping technical engagement strategies, improving operational effectiveness, and strengthening customer trust through workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams, you will help scale processes and build a strong technical field organization designed for long-term success. This role is ideal for a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives change proactively, and enjoys building high-impact distributed teams. The position offers the flexibility of a fully remote environment combined with exposure to enterprise-scale innovation and cutting-edge cloud and security technologies.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Solution Architecture managers, fostering leadership growth, operational excellence, and high team performance.
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives that improve technical evaluations, customer workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, and overall win rates.
  • Build scalable operational processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks to support organizational growth and technical sales effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Services, and Partner teams to align technical engagement strategies and business priorities.
  • Strengthen executive-level and technical stakeholder relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Support regional sales leadership with account planning, customer engagement strategies, and quarterly business objectives.
  • Drive organizational transformation by identifying operational gaps, implementing scalable structures, and leading change initiatives proactively.
  • Enhance field feedback loops and customer insights to improve product positioning, enablement, and technical storytelling.
  • Contribute to the development of a consistent and compelling technical value narrative across customer-facing engagements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical leadership talent within a globally distributed environment.
Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or technical sales organizations, including managing managers and distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to lead effectively through ambiguity, rapid growth, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong background in technical evaluation processes, customer enablement, and operational strategy development.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps workflows.
  • Technical familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and security technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, SAST, DAST, AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience presenting and selling complex technical solutions to technical practitioners, business stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and strategic leadership skills with a focus on building high-performing organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with the ability to create structure and drive initiatives independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working within remote-first or globally distributed organizations is highly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $244,200 to $409,500 USD depending on experience and location.
  • Performance-based incentive compensation opportunities.
  • Equity compensation and employee stock purchase plan.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Parental leave and family support programs.
  • Growth and professional development funding.
  • Access to employee resource groups and inclusive community initiatives.
  • Fully remote work environment with global collaboration opportunities.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-powered DevSecOps technologies and enterprise-scale innovation.
