Material Filfillment/Delivery Driver in Midland, Texas at H&B Pipe And Supplies LLC

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Material Fulfillment / Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and material fulfillment operations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of oilfield parts, materials, and supplies to customers and field locations. The ideal candidate will assist with order pulling, inventory organization, loading/unloading materials, and delivery coordination while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards.

This role does not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and is ideal for individuals who enjoy a combination of warehouse operations and driving responsibilities.

• Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL company vehicle to transport oilfield parts, materials, and supplies.
• Pull, stage, verify, and load customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure accurate fulfillment of materials and supplies according to work orders, invoices, and customer requests.
• Plan and organize delivery routes based on schedules, traffic conditions, and customer priorities.
• Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory control, stocking, and material handling activities.
• Maintain proper handling and securement of materials during transport to prevent damage or loss.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers regarding delivery updates, delays, or issues.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory movements, and related documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and safe material handling procedures.
• Assist with receiving incoming inventory and verifying shipments when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and delivery vehicles.
• Represent the company professionally at all times through appearance, communication, and customer interaction.
• Support additional operational or warehouse duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of oilfield parts and supplies is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with local roadways, traffic patterns, and navigation tools/GPS systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work additional hours or weekends when necessary.
