Responsibilities
As a Digital Content Developer you will create, manage, and optimize engaging multimedia assets for websites, social media, and online platforms. You will blend writing, design, and technical skills to strengthen brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support marketing goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the below tasks successfully;
- Produce creative visual and written content to support marketing materials such as advertising, collateral material, presentations, videos, social media, and websites
- Write pertinent and compelling copy to support websites, social media, and marketing collateral
- Script, shoot, edit, and publish video to support rich visual storytelling through channels such as promotions, websites, and social media
- Shoot and edit compelling still photography to support rich visual storytelling through channels such as promotions, websites, and social media
- Monitor and maintain pertinent content for social media engagement
- Develop and produce creative features to support online websites and blogs
- Perform other related editorial, graphical, and production tasks as related to marketing activities
- Supports the Company to achieve its vision and mission, while successfully practicing its core values related to employees, ethics, operational excellence, safety, integrity and corporate social responsibility.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company’s strategic goals.
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in marketing communications or media production
- Expert-level familiarity with software and hardware used for video production and editing, photography, graphic design, multi-media, online publishing
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with particular experience in media scripting and social media
- Familiarity with technologies related to online publishing online services
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Portfolio of graphic and written work
