This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coordenador(a) de Redação based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to lead the written communication strategy for a fast-growing education ecosystem.
You will combine creative excellence, strategic thinking, and leadership to elevate brand narratives across multiple channels.
The position goes beyond content creation, focusing on building scalable writing processes and quality standards.
You will guide a team of writers while collaborating with marketing, branding, product, growth, and trade teams.
Your work will directly influence how audiences connect with educational solutions and experiences.
The role requires someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys transforming ideas into impactful communication.
You will also help integrate AI-powered tools into creative workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for leading the writing function, ensuring strong communication standards, strategic alignment, and consistent brand expression across all touchpoints. The ideal professional will combine hands-on writing expertise with team leadership, process development, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead and develop the internal writing team, providing both people management and technical direction.
  • Translate strategic narratives into clear, engaging, and effective written communication.
  • Create, evolve, and maintain tone-of-voice guidelines, narrative frameworks, and writing quality standards.
  • Review and approve content across campaigns, institutional materials, product launches, websites, social media, CRM communications, events, and other channels.
  • Ensure consistency of verbal identity across different brands, formats, and audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with branding, product marketing, events, growth, and trade marketing teams.
  • Use data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve communication strategies.
  • Incorporate generative AI tools into writing workflows to increase speed, scale, and consistency.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in strategic writing, content leadership, and brand communication, with the ability to operate in a multi-brand and evolving environment. This position requires excellent writing skills, leadership capabilities, and a process-oriented mindset.

  • Solid experience in copywriting, content strategy, or professional writing roles.
  • Previous experience managing teams or acting as a technical/creative leader.
  • Strong command of writing across multiple formats, including campaigns, institutional content, product communication, social media, CRM, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to create and implement writing frameworks, guidelines, and scalable processes.
  • Experience working in complex organizations, high-growth environments, or multi-brand structures.
  • Native-level Portuguese proficiency; advanced English skills are considered a plus.
  • Experience in technology companies is a differentiator.
  • Background in performance marketing or metrics-driven copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience working in in-house teams or internal agencies is desirable.
  • Consistent use of generative AI tools in creative workflows is an advantage.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, strong storytelling, and measurable communication impact.
