Job Description

• Serve as an ISSE/ISSO
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure security policies and settings are in place
• Build standardized security documentation, and generate evidence of compliance
• Assemble artifacts and evidence into an organized repository
  • Serve as the primary security and compliance POC for customers
• Provide security and compliance for our diverse environments around the world
  • Including AWS, Azure, on-premises, and at all classification levels
• Build knowledge and skills in the latest cloud, edge, and information security

Qualifications:

• Background in ISSE, Systems Administration, or Software engineering with:
  • ISSO/Compliance experience
• Deep familiarity with Linux operating systems
• Specific experience using accreditation management software systems
  • eMASS
  • Xacta
• Experience creating security, compliance, and technical documentation
• Technical background with working knowledge of:
  • HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java
  • Hardware, networks, and server administration
• Ability to analyze software implementation and compare existing security requirements
• Understanding of configuration management and automation systems such as:
  • Puppet, Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, or Ansible
• Comfort using a Version Control System such as Git
• Familiarity with and ability to independently use vulnerability scanning utilities:
  • Nessus and OpenSCAP
• Experience working in cloud and on premises environments such as AWS
• Specific experience accrediting IT systems against U.S. Government standards
  • NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253
  • DISA STIGs
  • Using frameworks like RMF or DIACAP
• Active DOD 8570 Certification Sec+, CASP+, CISSP, etc.

Required: Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
