As a Senior Data Scientist, you will support the development and delivery of advanced analytics, reporting, and data solutions while ensuring accuracy, quality, and scientific rigor across projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate complex requirements into meaningful insights and scalable data solutions.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and translate business and scientific requirements into analytics plans, models, algorithms, and reporting outputs.
- Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions, dashboards, reporting systems, automation workflows, and performance metrics.
- Build and validate statistical analyses, predictive models, and data-driven solutions to support clinical research and cognitive assessment initiatives.
- Prepare scientific reports, executive summaries, presentations, and data visualizations that communicate complex findings clearly.
- Support clinical trial data processes, including data transformation, cleaning, curation, transfers, and compliance with relevant data standards.
- Implement and maintain clinical data standards, including SDTM and ADaM datasets, while supporting submission-ready documentation.
- Monitor study data quality, investigate trends, and provide analytical support for research and operational teams.
- Collaborate with project management, statistics, data management, programming, and scientific teams to address data-related challenges.
- Develop solutions for specialized analytics needs, including cognitive testing applications, normative data analysis, stratification, and monitoring methodologies.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, technologies, and infrastructure supporting data analytics and scientific operations.
The ideal candidate is an experienced data professional with strong analytical capabilities, scientific curiosity, and the ability to independently manage complex projects. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, communicating technical concepts, and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, psychology, neuroscience, statistics, or a related technical field; advanced degrees such as a Master’s or PhD are strongly preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in data science, analytics, statistics, or a related industry or academic environment.
- Strong expertise in R programming for advanced analytics and statistical analysis.
- Deep experience with Python and PySpark for data processing, modeling, and analytics workflows.
- Experience developing predictive models and applying machine learning techniques.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, scientific reporting, visualization, and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with clinical trial data, cognitive assessments, neuroscience, or healthcare-related datasets is highly valued.
- Knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM, and clinical trial submission processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 USD.
