The Senior Infra Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust platform services while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong technical ownership, hands-on engineering expertise, and collaboration across multiple technology teams.

• Design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade platform services across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Build and maintain cloud-like infrastructure capabilities covering compute, storage, networking, data platforms, and observability services.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform to automate provisioning and infrastructure lifecycle processes.
• Implement GitOps-based deployment workflows using tools such as ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Build, administer, and optimize Kubernetes clusters supporting production workloads.
• Manage distributed data platforms, including Hadoop and EMR-based environments.
• Design and operate distributed object storage solutions such as MinIO and S3-compatible platforms.
• Deploy and optimize distributed caching technologies including Redis and Memcached.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment reliability across multiple environments.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, resilience, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex production infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support capacity planning, scalability forecasting, and infrastructure performance improvements.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable platform solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote infrastructure best practices.

The ideal candidate is an experienced infrastructure or platform engineering professional with strong expertise in cloud-native technologies, automation, and distributed systems. The role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Advanced Kubernetes administration skills, including cluster lifecycle management and production operations.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices, especially Terraform-based automation.
• Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools such as ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and improving software delivery reliability.
• Experience with distributed data platforms, including Hadoop or EMR-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of distributed storage architectures, including MinIO and S3-compatible solutions.
• Experience with distributed caching platforms such as Redis and Memcached.
• Strong understanding of observability practices and tools, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Familiarity with artifact repositories such as Nexus or similar solutions is preferred.
• Experience with Linux administration, operating system performance tuning, virtualization, and hypervisor troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization practices.
• Experience supporting highly available distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
