THE ROLE
As a Customer Success Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by managing the end-to-end order process, including order entry, delivery coordination, invoicing, and administration. You'll support a diverse customer portfolio ranging from salons and wholesalers to retailers, e-commerce partners, and educational institutions.
You'll work closely with Account Managers and act as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions and challenges via phone and email while ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with colleagues across Customer Success, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to deliver best-in-class service and execute successful promotions and product launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer orders from placement through delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate promotional activities and support new product launches.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone and email.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership when situations require it.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build positive professional relationships.
- Able to manage priorities, work under pressure, and deliver on commitments.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple systems.
- Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
Desired:
- Danish or Finnish knowledge will be considered a plus
