Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Salary: $46,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Daytime hours with required weekend availability
Supportive Concepts for Families (SCFF), one of Pennsylvania’s largest social service agencies, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Employment Program Coordinator to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence.

Position SummaryThe Employment Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing employment services, supervising Employment Specialists, and developing community partnerships that create meaningful job opportunities for the individuals we serve. This role focuses on aligning employment opportunities with each individual's interests, abilities, and goals while ensuring high-quality service delivery and program success.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Employment Specialists, including scheduling, performance oversight, and support.
- Coordinate and oversee job development activities and employment placement efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and community partners.
- Identify and develop employment opportunities that match the skills and interests of individuals served.
- Enhance and manage employment sourcing contracts and partnerships.
- Monitor program operations and manage assigned budgets.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, individuals served, families, and community stakeholders.
- Support program compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
- Promote successful employment outcomes and community inclusion for program participants.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass:
- Criminal background checks
- DMV screening
- Drug screening
- Physical examination
- Tuberculosis (TB) testing
- Weekend availability required.
- Experience in employment services, vocational programming, social services, or developmental disability services.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience building community partnerships and employer relationships.
