Position Summary
The Program Supervisor is responsible for assuring that all staff under his/her supervision carry out assignments in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy and goals of Pressley Ridge and the program to which they are assigned. The Program Supervisor provides day to day leadership and assists the Program Director in assuring that the staff provide ongoing quality services and are in compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory expectations.
Essential Responsibilities

To ensure that staff members are competent and committed to the agency values and principles, the Program Supervisor will:
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and training of potential new employees
- Facilitates meetings with staff, at least on a bi-weekly basis or as defined by regulatory expectations, and other departmental meetings.
- Reviews program specific paperwork to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of all treatment and service plans for clients and their families.
- Ensure program supervision is provided to staff.
- Maintain collaborative working relationship with referral sources and other providers and agencies.
- Participate in regularly scheduled in-service programs at the agency.
Qualifications
- Clearances. State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
Working Conditions
- Physical Demands. This position requires a low to moderate level of physical activity involving sitting, standing, and walking. Employee must meet minimum requirements for hearing, speech, and vision.
- Environmental. Community, home, school, office
- Working Hours. Flexible non-traditional hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Based on a 40- hour work week.
Experience
2 Years Required – Experience working in a Human Services field.
Education
Master’s in human services or related required.
