This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Responsable Agile (Scrum Master) based in Canada.

This is a senior Agile leadership opportunity focused on maximizing the value and predictability of technology delivery teams.
You’ll help build high-performing, autonomous teams while continuously improving Agile practices and delivery processes.
The role combines delivery performance management, Scrum facilitation, risk mitigation, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, technical leaders, developers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.
Using delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time, you’ll help teams make better decisions and improve outcomes.
You’ll also contribute to the evolution of Agile practices across a broader technology organization and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders.
This role is ideal for an experienced Agile professional who can combine servant leadership, strong structure, strategic thinking, and a practical focus on delivering value.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide clear and proactive visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and potential impacts in collaboration with Product Owners.
  • Establish and support mechanisms that improve delivery velocity, predictability, and value creation while keeping teams focused on meaningful outcomes.
  • Track and analyze delivery metrics, including velocity, predictability, and cycle time, in partnership with Product Owners, technical leads, and development teams.
  • Identify delivery risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and actively remove obstacles that could prevent predictable and effective delivery.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies strategically, using them to support decision-making, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams toward greater autonomy, Agile maturity, and sustainable high performance.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and technology leaders to evolve delivery practices and strengthen Agile ways of working across the organization.
  • Work with Product Owners to align technical objectives with operational constraints and business priorities.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, and Product teams to support smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to initiative planning, sequencing, and prioritization to maximize the value delivered by technology teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Recognized Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent credential.
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent Agile delivery role within a technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices, with additional training or experience in advanced Agile, Lean, Kanban, or flow management considered an asset.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of technical dependencies, software architecture considerations, and the challenges involved in coordinating complex technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the balance between Agile practices and broader organizational constraints.
  • Proven ability to improve delivery performance, remove impediments, and increase predictability across teams.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate teams, create structure, and establish clear priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with frequent interactions with stakeholders outside Quebec.
  • Experience in rapidly growing product organizations is an asset.
  • Experience optimizing delivery flows or supporting Agile transformation initiatives is considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment where diverse perspectives and ideas are valued.
  • Opportunities to contribute ideas, take ownership, and pursue professional ambitions.
  • Dynamic work environment with varied challenges and opportunities for continuous learning.
  • Wellness account that can be used toward eligible well-being expenses, passions, and personal interests.
  • Free 24/7 access to online healthcare professionals.
  • Employee and family assistance program.
  • Comprehensive group insurance, including vision and dental coverage.
  • Group RRSP with employer contributions.
  • New-parent financial supplement during maternity or paternity leave.
  • Opportunity to contribute to Agile transformation and technology delivery initiatives in a growing organization.
