Dayton, OH | Starting pay $28.00/hour | 2nd and 3rd Shifts

We are hiring for multiple skilled maintenance positions at a large manufacturing facility in Dayton:

• General Maintenance Technicians – 2nd Shift

• Industrial Electrician – 2nd Shift

• Electromechanical Technicians – 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Candidates will be considered for the position that best matches their experience.

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay: $28.00/hour

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

• Shift differentials available

• Significant overtime opportunities

• These are union positions

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will vary by position and may include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance

• Working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Troubleshooting motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, and controls

• Reading blueprints and electrical or mechanical schematics

• Supporting automated equipment, PLCs, and robotics

• Performing welding, fabrication, pipefitting, or electrical work based on experience

What We’re Looking For

• Industrial maintenance, electrical, or electromechanical experience

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills

• Manufacturing or industrial experience

• Ability to read prints or schematics

• Strong safety awareness

• Ability to work overtime as needed

PLC, robotics, injection molding, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus.
