Community Outreach Representative – Entry Level in Meridian, Idaho at IBC Incorporated

We are hiring Community Outreach Representatives to help support in-person outreach programs, public events, community initiatives, and customer engagement activities.

No experience is required — paid training is provided.

• Represent community programs and nonprofit initiatives at local events and public locations
• Speak directly with community members and provide information about current programs and initiatives
• Create friendly, positive interactions with the public
• Answer questions and help people find the information or resources they need
• Assist with community events, promotional activities, and outreach campaigns
• Help with event setup, displays, informational materials, and breakdown
• Encourage community participation and increase awareness of important programs
• Record basic event information, registrations, and community responses
• Work closely with team members to create successful in-person outreach experiences

Previous experience is welcome but not required. Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, sales, events, or volunteer work can be helpful.
