Standard Bent Glass | East Butler, PA

Full-Time | 1st Shift

Standard Bent Glass is looking for Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. We currently have 1st shift opportunities available in Bent Lamination and Eastman operations. This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Operate and assist with production equipment according to established procedures.
• Prepare and handle glass and materials for production.
• Follow work instructions, production specifications, and established processes.
• Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Inspect finished and in-process products for defects or quality concerns.
• Safely handle and position glass and materials.
• Monitor equipment and communicate any problems or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with Production and Quality teams to meet production and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, glass, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to learn equipment, processes, and production procedures.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed.

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
