About the role
The On-Site Uniform Program Associate serves as the primary Brand Junkie representative supporting the Scout Motors on-site uniform store and employee uniform program. This role provides employees with in-person support related to uniform selection, sizing, online ordering, and order pickup while maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.
The Associate will develop a strong understanding of the Scout Motors uniform program, including employee eligibility, allotments, approved uniform selections, and department-specific requirements. The on-site store functions as a showroom, fitting, support, and pickup location, with employee purchases completed through the e-commerce portal.
What you'll do
Employee & Uniform Program Support
- Assist employees with uniform selection, sizing, try-on needs, and general navigation of the e-commerce ordering process.
- Maintain working knowledge of uniform eligibility, employee allotments, approved products, and department-specific program requirements.
- Identify and appropriately escalate employee, order, eligibility, or program discrepancies requiring additional support.
New Hire & Order Fulfillment
- Prepare and organize uniform packs for scheduled new-hire orientations in accordance with established program requirements.
- Receive, organize, and facilitate employee order pickups using established storage and labeling procedures.
- Support an efficient handoff process for new-hire and employee uniform orders.
Store & Inventory Support
- Maintain an organized and professional uniform store, including display, try-on, pickup, and inventory areas.
- Receive and organize incoming merchandise and monitor designated inventory levels.
- Communicate replenishment needs, inventory discrepancies, and other operational concerns to the appropriate Brand Junkie team members.
On-Site Program Support
- Serve as a reliable first point of contact for routine Scout Motors employee uniform questions.
- Communicate recurring employee needs, program concerns, and operational issues to the Brand Junkie team.
- Follow established Brand Junkie and Scout Motors procedures while supporting an efficient and positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, order fulfillment, inventory support, or a similar service-oriented environment preferred. (1 year)
- Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and e-commerce or ordering systems; ability to learn company-specific systems and processes.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist employees professionally and respectfully.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow established procedures, program guidelines, and eligibility requirements.
- Ability to manage routine priorities independently while recognizing when an issue requires escalation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, on-site environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
Position Type: Part-Time
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position generally scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week across three days. Work schedules may include early shifts beginning at 6:00 a.m. and late shifts ending at 6:00 p.m., based on assigned coverage needs. Specific days and hours will be established based on the assigned schedule and business needs, with occasional schedule adjustments as operational needs require.
The pay range for this role is:
17 - 19 USD per hour(Scout On-Site Location)
