SUPERVISOR, PROJECTS

POSITION SUMMARY
-
Oversees and facilitates the day to day operational aspects of new construction and renovation projects. Operates independently and has the authority to make decision on day- to-day interaction and projects. Assures organizational standards and quality of workmanship is met while maintaining budget, scope and schedule parameters. Ensures project documents are complete and accurate.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Required:
-
Associate degree in project management, construction management, engineering technology, electrical systems, HVAC systems with at least 5 years of field or related experience or at least 15 years of experience in one or more of these areas in a health care setting.

BS in engineering, architecture, construction, project management or equivalent
