The Program Manager VI will lead complex, high-impact programs from initial planning through successful delivery.
This role combines strategic program leadership with hands-on execution across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
You will translate business objectives into structured plans, manage budgets and resources, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.
The position requires strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will also leverage modern AI tools and agentic technologies to automate workflows and improve program efficiency.
Success will be measured through delivery quality, stakeholder confidence, financial discipline, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead complex projects and programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
Develop project charters, scope documents, resource plans, schedules, budgets, work plans, feasibility assessments, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments.
Lead multidisciplinary teams by assigning responsibilities, balancing workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining accountability for deliverables.
Use project management platforms and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches to track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges, escalations, conflicts, and delivery issues.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenses, financial reporting, resource allocation, and capacity planning to support delivery within approved parameters.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers, including contract and delivery management where applicable.
Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, presentations, and decision-making forums.
Manage scope and change requests while maintaining alignment on priorities, timelines, costs, and expected outcomes.
Apply quantitative and qualitative data to support decisions, optimize delivery, and improve program performance.
Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities to improve methodologies, tools, processes, and delivery standards.
Mentor junior project and program managers while promoting consistent project management practices and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, project management practices, and AI-enabled approaches to program delivery.
Apply LLM platforms and agentic AI tools to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step activities, and improve operational efficiency.
5–8 years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably within IT, construction, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or another complex enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders and significant budgets, including projects valued at $1M+.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered where applicable.
MBA or comparable advanced business education is highly desirable.
PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or another relevant project management certification is strongly preferred.
Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or comparable platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM platforms, AI assistants, and agentic AI technologies such as Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, and next-generation agent frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate processes with internal or external systems.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly when managing complex or ambiguous situations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry or projects being managed.
Strong commitment to collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and creating a supportive team environment.
Ability to travel approximately 10–25% to client sites or other company locations when required.
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when critical project timelines or business needs require it.
