Kaizen Collision Center is hiring experienced Collision Repair Estimators for our Arvada and Northglenn locations.

Up to 6% commission. $200,000+ earning potential.

We're not looking for someone who just writes estimates.

We want producers.

You know how to:

• Sell the repair and capture the job

• Write complete, profitable repair plans

• Perform thorough damage analysis and blueprinting

• Manage supplements and negotiate with carriers

• Work within DRP requirements

• Protect gross profit

• Manage a high-volume workload

• Keep technicians, parts, paint, and production moving

• Drive cycle time

• Maintain strong closing ratios

• Communicate confidently with customers

• Own the repair from estimate through delivery

You don't wait for business. You close it.

We want estimators who know their:

Sales. Closing ratio. Gross profit. Cycle time. Supplements. Outstanding files.

If you're already one of the strongest producers in your shop, we want to know what you can do with a bigger opportunity.

• Collision repair estimating experience

• Strong sales and closing ability

• CCC ONE or comparable estimating experience

• Insurance and DRP knowledge

• Blueprinting and repair planning experience

• Understanding of OEM repair procedures

• Ability to manage multiple active repairs

• Strong production and financial awareness

Progressive claims experience is a plus.

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.
