Skilled Skid Steer Operator / Class A CDL Driver in Highland, Wisconsin at H&S Fencing & Supply

We are looking for an experienced skid steer operator with a Class A CDL to join our team. This position is for someone who is comfortable operating equipment every day, hauling equipment and materials, and working alongside our fence crews.

This is not an entry-level equipment operator position. We are looking for someone who can safely and efficiently run a skid steer without needing constant direction.

• Operate skid steers and attachments efficiently and safely
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Haul equipment and materials with truck and trailer
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Assist fence crews and foremen as needed
• Work safely around people, trucks, trailers, livestock, and customer property
• Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized

• Valid Class A CDL
• Skilled skid steer operator
• Comfortable pulling and backing trailers
• Good driving record
• Dependable and able to show up on time
• Mechanically minded and able to take care of equipment
• Able to work outdoors and handle physical work
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Takes pride in doing the job right
