Job Description:
Job Title: Litigation Paralegal, Personal Injury
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with substantial experience in both litigation and pre-litigation case management. The ideal candidate brings strong legal research, writing, organizational, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to move cases forward with minimal supervision under attorney direction.
This position requires the ability to prepare substantive legal work that is ready for attorney review, requiring primarily review and polish rather than substantial revision. The paralegal will also oversee two pre-litigation case managers and a legal secretary to support effective case progression and team coordination. Only qualified and experienced candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
You are a proactive, detail-oriented paralegal who can take ownership of case tasks, anticipate next steps, and keep matters moving. You are equally comfortable handling substantive litigation assignments and guiding a pre-litigation team, while recognizing when attorney input or approval is required.
Talantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification under applicable law. #INDHP
