As a Teller, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for customers and play an important role in creating a positive banking experience. You will accurately process financial transactions, assist customers with their banking needs, and help maintain the security and integrity of branch operations.

What You'll Do- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing
- Verify customer information, endorsements, signatures, and account balances to ensure transaction accuracy
- Respond to customer questions and provide prompt, professional service
- Promote and explain bank products and services, including deposit accounts, debit cards, certificates of deposit, and other banking solutions
- Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer in accordance with bank policies and procedures
- Assist with ATM balancing, coin machine processing, and cash management activities as assigned
- Process night drop deposits and mailed deposits accurately and timely
- Maintain customer confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
- Support branch operations by maintaining forms, supplies, and a professional work environment
- Follow all bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Travel to assist other banking centers as needed
- Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
Your day may begin with balancing your cash drawer, preparing your workstation, and getting ready to welcome customers. Throughout the day, you'll assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions while building relationships through friendly and professional service.
You may answer questions, identify opportunities to recommend products or services that meet customer needs, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth branch operations. Every day brings new customer interactions and opportunities to make a positive difference in someone's banking experience.

Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. (hours vary)
Rotating Saturdays
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematics and cash-balancing abilities
- Previous cash handling experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license
Tellers are often the first and most frequent point of contact for our customers.
