This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping and scaling AI-enabled managed review services within the eDiscovery space. You will be responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, and client success across complex, technology-driven review engagements.
The role combines deep expertise in managed review workflows with a strong focus on innovation, analytics, and technology-assisted processes that reduce cost, time, and reliance on traditional linear review.
You will act as both an internal and external leader, representing managed review capabilities to clients, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
A key part of the role involves building and optimizing high-performing teams while ensuring consistent delivery quality and financial performance.
You will also play a central role in advancing AI and analytics adoption across review workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.

In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, operational execution, and growth of managed review services across enterprise clients:
- Define and execute the strategic vision for managed review offerings, ensuring alignment with business growth and innovation goals.
- Lead and scale managed review teams, driving performance, quality, and operational efficiency across global engagements.
- Serve as the primary internal and external subject matter expert for AI- and analytics-driven review workflows.
- Own relationships with linear review providers, including pricing, capacity planning, performance management, and escalation resolution.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Service Delivery teams to expand managed review adoption and support revenue growth.
- Design and implement scalable workflows leveraging AI, TAR, and advanced analytics to optimize review outcomes.
- Oversee client engagements to ensure delivery excellence, satisfaction, and retention across complex legal matters.
- Monitor financial and operational performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and utilization.
- Establish best practices, processes, and governance frameworks for managed review operations.
- Lead talent development efforts, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced legal technology leader with deep expertise in managed review and technology-enabled discovery solutions:
- 10+ years of experience leading managed review teams within eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal operations environments.
- JD required, with additional consulting or data science exposure preferred.
- Strong track record of designing and optimizing AI-, TAR-, or analytics-driven review workflows.
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery technologies such as Relativity, Brainspace, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing, consultative service engagements in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience managing global or distributed teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of pricing models, unit economics, and profitability drivers.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining senior client relationships.
- Ability to translate technical and analytical concepts into clear, business-focused communication.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, high-performing teams and reducing attrition.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
