This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) architect to help organizations modernize their digital workplace through advanced virtualization and cloud technologies. In this highly collaborative, client-facing role, you will partner with sales, engineering, and technical teams to design innovative infrastructure solutions that address complex business challenges. You will influence technical strategy, support solution development from discovery through implementation, and serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers. The role offers a balance of pre-sales consulting, technical leadership, and solution architecture, providing broad exposure to modern cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and emerging AI-driven innovations. • Collaborate with sales and technical teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle by participating in customer meetings, gathering business and technical requirements, and leading solution discovery sessions.
• Design and present End User Computing (EUC) architectures, conduct whiteboard discussions, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and support proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop solution proposals, statements of work (SOWs), bills of materials (BOMs), and other technical documentation to support customer engagements.
• Provide technical guidance to consulting and engineering teams throughout project delivery while ensuring solution quality and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a senior technical resource by mentoring solution architects, providing work direction, managing escalations, and collaborating with leadership on complex customer issues.
• Participate in customer planning sessions, pre- and post-sales engagements, and ongoing infrastructure reviews to support strategic technology initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements, technical standards, training initiatives, and the development of new services and solutions within the Modern Platforms practice.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional and/or military experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience designing, delivering, and architecting Citrix and End User Computing solutions, including significant pre-sales or consulting experience.
• Strong expertise with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud, and modern virtualization platforms.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware Horizon, Omnissa Workspace ONE, AWS WorkSpaces, AppStream, and other cloud-based EUC technologies.
• Experience creating technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, developing SOWs and BOMs, and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders ranging from IT teams to executive leadership.
• Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams and leading technical initiatives.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service delivery standards.
• Industry certifications in Citrix, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Omnissa, or related technologies are highly desirable.
• Experience with complementary EUC technologies such as IGEL, Ivanti, ControlUp, Liquidware, FSLogix, Island, F5, or VDI monitoring platforms is considered an asset.
