SAP Vistex Consultant in at Lupus Consulting Zrt.

We are looking for an SAP Vistex Consultant to support an international client in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SAP Vistex solutions
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
• Support change requests and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams
• Participate in testing activities and support system releases
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with agreed SLAs
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex
• Experience in application support and maintenance
• Good understanding of SAP SD integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders
• Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience in the consumer goods industry
