Bittersweet Farms, a world-renowned nonprofit serving individuals with autism, is hiring a full-time Residential Program Leader for our 2nd shift team. How you make a difference: In this role, you will oversee one residential home during second shift while providing direct support, guidance, and encouragement to the individuals we serve. This position involves hands-on direct support, leadership and team coordination, and administrative duties, including planning and organizing daily schedules, community outings, tasks, and activities.

Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with every other weekend and an on-call phone rotation.

Pay: $18.50 / Hourly with Biweekly Pay

Qualifications

· Two years of direct leadership experience required

· Three to five years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities in a DSP capacity strongly preferred

· Uses empathy in all actions and interactions

· Works effectively as part of a team with co-workers and participants

· Demonstrates patience in challenging situations

· Communicates clearly and adapts communication style as needed

· Must have a high school diploma or GED Required

· Must have a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance Required

· Must have a clean driving record within the last 5 years

· Must be able to pass a background check
